Sweet Escapes: Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Sweet Escapes processes and ships all orders within 3-5 business days.

We partner with the following couriers to deliver your orders:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number and shipping details for easy monitoring of your delivery.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $100 CAD (excluding NT, YT, and NU).

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $100 CAD.

Weather Considerations
Sweet Escapes is not responsible for damages caused by extreme temperatures. While we make every effort to protect your items—please consider your destination’s temperature when placing an order.

Sweet Escapes: Refund Policy

For Edible Items
Due to health and safety reasons, Sweet Escapes does not accept returns or exchanges on candy or food items.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.

For Non-Edible Items
We offer a 15-day return policy for non-edible items. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Please note:

  • Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Retain the product and its packaging, as we may request photos or additional proof to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., candy, food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your specific item, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Refund processing by your bank or credit card company may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
